Name That Puppy

Steve and Gail broke down and got another pet. She is a 'teacup' chihuahua puppy and is colored like a happy California cow. She is 8 weeks old. The family where we got her called her 'Molly the Moo Cow' but we can't decide on a name. We need your help!
Please submit your name suggestions. The winner gets to babysit :) real soon....

Thank you for the prayers

I wanted to thank everyone for your prayers this weekend. We definitely felt covered in prayer as we struggled through all the different events throughout the weekend. Time spent with the family and with youth group was definitely a blessing and a growing experience.

This week Cliff begins his comprehensive exams for his PhD program, so please say a special prayer for him as he begins Monday morning at 8:00. Thank you for all of your prayers! Love you all--Tali

Please be in prayer

Please cover the Borden family in your prayers. Their 8th grade son died tonight. He collapsed after church tonight while playing basketball with all the kids. He has a heart condition (don't know the details about it), but this is what led to the collapse. They called 911, and the ambulance came but they were never able to revive him. Cliff was at the hospital with many members of our youth group, the other ministers, elders, and the family and he said the family was amazing. They were already processing this death better than anyone else. They were expressing how blessed they felt that they were able to have Dillon around this long because of his heart. And they knew that God was just keeping alive long enough to have been baptized this last summer. He was a great kid and will be greatly missed by so many. Please pray for this family, they lost another son 3 years ago in a car accident, and now they have lost Dillon. Please pray for our youth group as they process the death of their dear friend.

Thank you--Tali

Birthday Celebrations!

While Grandma Gail was here in Texas this week, we celebrated some birthdays. We went shopping at the big consignment sale in town and found the girls early birthday presents from Grandma Gail and Papa Steve. And we found a belated present for Grandma Gail from the girls.
